Experience Builds Homes...

Tom Rockoff started building homes in 1983 in the Golden Crest Section of Hamilton Township. He quickly expanded to building in North Brunswick and East Brunswick. In 1986 Rockoff’s company Woodco Development Corp. successfully completed Louis Street in North Brunswick and moved on to create Walden Pond in South Brunswick. The 90’s saw Woodco develop and build Almond Court (Le Parc I) in West Windsor, and Cedarbrook Estates in Franklin Township.

Rockoff later combined with two other partners to create Forest Gate Associates, which became one of the most respected companies in Central New Jersey. Forest Gate combined vast skills and knowledge to create warm and friendly neighborhoods. This personalized attention led to successful communities in Alexandria, Franklin Township, Atlantic Highlands, South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Lawrenceville, Hillsborough and Monroe Township.

In 2003 Rockoff joined forces with another prominent builder to create Millwood Builders Inc. They successfully developed Millwood Estates and Lakeside Estates in Monroe, along with Milford Ridge in Hunterdon County. 

As with all previous endeavors, Woodbrook continues to feature innovative design, sought after locations, energy efficient homes with many “Green” features, all with an attention to detail, customer service, premium grade materials, fine craftsmanship, and superb architectural design inside and out to fit today’s lifestyles.
